To begin, Take a look at our New Guest Service menu. If you are New to our Salon, and looking for a color transformation, we have Color Packages set to give us ample time, and the necessary tools to help you achieve your hair goals.

​

Once you find a package  that makes sense, you will go ahead and select an appointment via our online booking system: From there, you can select your stylist, and various days and times will appears, and just go ahead and select the one that works best for you!  You will also use this portal should you need to reschedule, or cancel your appointment.

​

We do require a credit card to hold your appointment.  You will not be charged the cost of your service, however this is simply a deterrent to avoid no-shows.  Please read our cancellation policy at the time of booking to avoid any confusion.  Don't worry, we give plenty of text and email reminders so you won't forget your appointment.

On the day of your appointment -- You will pull up to the most charming salon in North County: Beach Shack Hair Salon. We've got Wi-Fi, the most incredible aromas, snacks, beverages, including wine and beer, coffee and a fun, and welcoming environment.  We are the home of Good Vibes; Great hair, here in Carlsbad.

Since we're in the Village, parking can be a little tricky--Especially in the afternoons and weekends. The lot off Roosevelt and Grand is a great option, and there's another lot near Blues and Shoes, the Coaster Parking lot, as well as 3 hour street parking throughout the Village. 

​

Once you make your way inside,  your stylist will meet you, you'll fill out a new guest intake form, and we'll begin the consultation. Here, we will discuss not only the details of your first visit but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.

If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.
